Successful applicants will be expected to collaborate with the Program Coordinators to shape excellent course content and best-fit pedagogies for our diverse and neurodivergent learners. Class sizes at Academy are small with 3-10 students in each course, enabling teachers to deliver content-rich curriculum with differentiation strategies for each student.

Applicants are not required to be credentialed teachers but should have experience working with children either through classroom teaching, outreach, volunteering, coaching, tutoring or counseling. We actively seek candidates whose experiences in teaching, research, and/or community services has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
