Dr. Shirag Shemmassian, founder of Shemmassian Academic Consulting, works with high-achieving high school students to help them get into America’s top colleges. He works with students one-on-one throughout high school to help them come up with and achieve their college goals. He provides support at all stages of the college process, such as essay writing, interview prep, finding summer programs and extracurriculars, and much more.

Shulamit Widawsky is a Gifted Specialist serving the gifted in Northern Virginia. She offers both emotional and educational support to her clients to help students find balance and tap into their academic potential. She also advises parents to help them understand their gifted child and advocate for them in school.

Terry Bradley is a gifted education consultant specializing in the social and emotional aspects of giftedness. Her services include a full-day workshop training for school personnel and mental health professionals on facilitating discussion groups for gifted K-12 students; a professional development training on the affective needs of the gifted; and a presentation for parents on what to know when raising gifted youth. She presents on gifted education with a focus on social and emotional needs of students, leads district inservices, facilitates student discussion groups and parent support groups, and is a presenter at regional and national gifted conferences.

The Amend Group provides comprehensive psychological services including assessment and evaluation, consultations, counseling, and therapy for children, adolescents, and their families.
Parent and educational consultations for gifted, 2e children, and homeschoolers are also provided. These educational consultations are offered via secure video link for flexibility and privacy.

The Center for Connection’s integrative, collaborative network of independent professionals represents a unique model in direct response to the needs expressed by families. Located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada and easily accessible to patients from Washington State, their practice implements the Integral Practice for the Gifted model, developed and refined by P. Susan Jackson. The model addresses all aspects of the gifted individual: intellectual, emotional, moral, spiritual, social and physical.

Todd Stanley is an author, blogger, speaker, and presenter on the topic of gifted education. As a former classroom teacher and current gifted services coordinator, he is an expert in many gifted issues, especially underachievement in gifted learners. He is currently the Gifted Services Coordinator for Pickerington Local School District and an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati teaching gifted education.

The Gifted Resource Center of New England is located in Providence, RI and serves the needs of gifted children, adolescents and their families. The Center offers clinical psychological and educational services in assessment, psychotherapy, curriculum design, school consultation and teacher in-service. They also offer articles, resource lists, and suggested readings.

The Global Center for Gifted and Talented Children offers a broad spectrum of services for gifted children, parents and specialists involved in Gifted Education. Services include psychological and pedagogical consultancy, diagnosis and coaching. They specialize in teacher training, can organize workshops, projects and lectures to meet the school’s needs in gifted education.

As a grown up gifted kid herself, Dr. Aimee Yermish definitely “gets it.” She coupled her lifetime of personal experience with a doctorate in psychology to build a highly successful practice working primarily with gifted and twice exceptional individuals.
