Mary Benevento/CTAHPERD Scholarship is for high school seniors from Connecticut who plan to major to engage in the professional studies of health education, physical education, recreation or dance. Such students must plan to pursue a certified program of studies in a collegiate institution in Connecticut offering a Bachelor’s degree. PLEASE NOTE: The word health refers to school health teaching, not nursing, public health or psychology.
