Established in 1985, Thomas Jefferson HS for Science & Technology is a Virginia state-chartered magnet school with a comprehensive curriculum emphasizing the sciences, mathematics, and technology. TJHSST offers specialized programs, including IBET (Integrated Biology, English and Technology), Technical Research Laboratories, and the TJ Mentorship Program. All eligible students must reside in one of six Virginia counties: Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church City, Loudoun, and Prince William.
